When you contract an unlicensed builder, you effectively become their employer. This means you will be personally liable for any damage or injury to the builder or a third party. If something goes wrong, there is limited action you can take against an unlicensed builder, and it’s expensive and slow.

Yes. To give you a rough idea of costs, we first discuss your project with you over the phone. If our initial estimate is within your budget, we will come out and assess your site, discuss design concepts and give you a free written quote.
We can generally start your project 6 weeks from the time you accept the quote. For larger projects, the lead-time might be slightly longer.
Sure. We can work around you and your family. For larger-scale projects, you may wish to move out, as this will be more cost effective for you.

Yes, we are fully insured. This includes public liability insurance.
By law in NSW, projects over $20,000 require Builders Warranty Insurance. This covers you if the work is defective in situations where the builder is no longer around to rectify the defect. It also covers the cost of having another builder finish your project if your selected builder has gone into administration or is insolvent.
We will arrange Builders Warranty Insurance on your behalf.
Yes. We will take care of all required building certificates.
Most internal renovations don’t require council approval or building permit but if you’re planning an extension, you will need council approval. You may also need to get council approval for some outdoor areas, such as a deck or pergola, if the addition changes the structure of your house or impacts your neighbours
Absolutely. We will dispose of all building materials for you and clean up the entire site before we leave.
