Last year we had the pleasure of engaging Jervo Renovations for our full apartment re-model.From the outset, our interactions with Ilya were easy-going and straightforward. The job itself entailed the entire refurbishment of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & separate laundry - along with a new kitchen, flooring and fitted wardrobes.Ilya and his team were always prompt, on time and available for questions and discussion during our 4-month project.The quality of Jervo's workmanship of new walls & ceilings, tiling and and carpentry was excellent.Ilya also utilised a fantastic cabinet maker who created all of the bathroom and kitchen joinery to our exact specifications.The result is an apartment that looks magnificent, and nothing like it’s dowdy former self! I had Jervo Renovations completely remove two derelict and dangerous balconies and replace them with larger, stronger, more attractive and useful structures. Ilya, Vlad and the rest of their team were very honest, professional and easy to work with from initial quotation through to project completion. Their quote was very competitive both in cost and duration. They were very accommodating to the changes we requested, and always had a recommendation on how to achieve the best outcome, all with a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to ensure our dogs were safe and occasionally even played fetch with them! Communication was very timely and clear throughout the project. The quality of their work was excellent and while the project took a little longer than planned, primarily due to weather and public holidays it was delivered on budget. I would highly recommend them.
